Third, find a trustworthy Realtor to start the home search to find that dream home.
Fourth, start viewing homes with your Realtor and determine what is a need versus a want in a home.
Fifth, offer on the dream home before someone else does.
Sixth, once the offer is accepted you will submit your deposit and the loan and inspection processes will begin, if all is ok, once the loan process is completed the sale will close.
Seventh, once the sale has closed you will receive the keys and then it is time to move in and enjoy your new home.
